What is Head Chef – Simon Moss producing for our upcoming Summer menu?
Simon has always enjoyed creating contemporary Italian dishes to showcase the season’s finest produce.
On the menu this summer is the delicious ‘Insalata Estivo’ – a light fresh salad of cut and blanched seasonal vegetables with Victorian ricotta cheese, toasted almonds and pinenuts, lemon and snow pea tendrils
and the mouthwatering
‘Mezzalune’ – fatto in casa (house made) pasta filled with blue eye and potato, served on a carrot emulsion and topped with lemon and fresh basil
Parking
With Summer, comes increased traffic around the beach and bay area of St Kilda. However, no need to despair, there are plenty of parking options for Sapore patron’s. Undercover parking is available at The Prince of Wales on Acland St and The Novatel on the Esplanade – both only a short walk from the restaurant. There is also metered parking all along the Esplanade, so don’t forget your coins.
We are open 7 days for lunch and dinner (On Sunday’s we serve food throughout the day – the kitchen doesn’t close)
